Terms of Service & Distance Sales Agreement

Parties: This agreement is formed electronically between Karfleks Plastik Ambalaj Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Seller") and the user ("Buyer") placing an order through bachausen.shop or bachausen.store.

Subject: This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s)/service(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and distance-selling regulations.

Orders & Payment: Orders are placed electronically through the website. Payment is processed via the payment methods indicated on the site (credit/debit card) through a secure payment infrastructure.

Delivery: Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer within a reasonable time following order confirmation. Shipping costs are included in or added to the order total as indicated at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, by notifying the Seller in writing within this period. Products that are not suitable for return by their nature (custom-made or hygiene-sensitive items, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Dealer & Wholesale Orders: Requests submitted via bachausen.store constitute a quote request; the order becomes final once the Seller prepares and confirms a quote. Pricing for wholesale orders may vary based on the quantity requested.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, as applicable under local law.
