Cancellation & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

How to Use It: To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us in writing at yilmaz@karfleks.com within this period. You may then return the product to our return address in its original packaging, together with the invoice.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, your payment will be refunded via the same payment method (credit/debit card) within the statutory maximum period of 14 days.

Exceptions: Products that are not suitable for return by their nature (custom-made, hygiene-sensitive, or opened/used items, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it free of charge by contacting us through the same channel.

Dealer & Wholesale Orders: For confirmed orders placed via bachausen.store, cancellation/return terms are subject to the conditions separately agreed upon at the time of quote approval.
